The UHD-EXB400UR-K is an HDBaseT KVM extender, that can extend HDMI & KVM signals up to 150 meters / 492 feet at a resolution of 1080p@60Hz and up to 120 meters / 394 feet at the resolution of up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4. It is compliant with HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2 and USB 2.0 standards. HDR10+, HLG & Dolby Vision pass-through. This device features bi-directional IR, enhancing control options. Its bi-directional power over cable technology requires only one power adapter to power up both units. Advanced EDID management. Compact design and easy plug-and-play installation.

Yes, you will be able to get a signal beyond the mentioned distance but the quality of the video decreases with increase in the distance and that too when using with shielded CAT6 cable.

You can extend the display devices up to 230 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable.
The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.
If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.
