Its three-layered construction, featuring a brass and aluminum die-cast platter with deadening rubber, enhances rigidity and vibration damping, surpassing industry standards for rotational stability.

Each SL-1200G undergoes meticulous balance adjustment at the factory, minimizing excess vibration and noise during rotation for optimal sound quality. The high-sensitivity tonearm, crafted from lightweight magnesium with precision bearings, further enhances performance, while the four-layered cabinet construction provides both rigidity and a premium finish.
