You can extend the display devices up to 330 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable.
The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.
If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.

You can connect up to 253 additional receivers with this device using a network switch as a mediator.
Yes, this product supports Over IP function & you will be able to connect additional receivers via a network switch.
Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products.
The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver.
